RATE/TARIFF

Walnut Cottage (one bedroom)
$150 per night for two people $10 extra per person per night up to four people

Braeburn Cottage (two bedroom)
$180 Per night

Extended stays are available. Rates on enquiry
All rates are subject to confirmation at time of booking
Special events- Minimum stay of two nights and rates on enquiry

Payment
Cash, Direct credit of cheque with sufficient identification
Payment for your stay is due on your departure, however, for long staying guests 50%
Of the total balance is payable on arrival and the final balance is to be paid half wat through your stay

Cancellation Policy
As we go to great effort to make or guests welcome, short-notice cancellation has a significant impact on our business. In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled reservation the following applies:
No cancellation charge, if cancelled 30 days or more before guests expected arrival date;
For cancellations made within 30 days of expected date of arrival a25% charge applies;
Cancellations made within 7 days of expected arrival date attract a 75% charge and;
No-shows are charged 100% of the total booking
These cancellation fees are at the discretion of management and will only apply if we are unable to
replace the scheduled booking. To confirm a reservation a25% deposit of the total stay is required
as a guarantee.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in from3pm or earlier by arrangement; check-out 11am we reserve the right to charge another night stay for late departures without any prior arrangement.

Pets
We do not allow pets

Smoking
Brenchley cottages has a smoke free policy. Guests are requested to refrain from smoking inside, however if necessary they may smoke outside. Smoking inside the cottage will incur a $50 additional cleaning fee.

Additional Charges
We reserve the right to charge for any damage, breakages or loss that is due to neglect by our guests this includes the cooking of strong odorous foods as the smell gets into the furniture and furnishings an commercial cleaning is required, damage to our septic system due to using products that are not permitted and are mentioned in our on-table information booklet.
